1980's Cold Weather

Extreme cold causes more damage than hurricanes. The cold in the 80's almost killed this big tree.

2004 Hurricanes

2004 saw a very active hurricane season in the Estero area. Estero saw damage from four different hurricanes this year causing the tree a loss of a lot of big limbs.

An unexpected straight line wind blew across the property taking off a large limb that had been used to hang Christmas lights from one side of the yard to the other.
